Project Manager Role: To manage and oversee projects and personnel on all assigned projects in a professional manner. To ensure safety and production is completely met and the process is conducted as efficiently and safely as possible to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Ensures all Project Leads (PL) knows and understands project layout, process and requirements as called out in the customer technical proposal.
• Daily site safety inspections, JSA sign-off, DFT labor & equipment totaling and review (labor time must match T-Sheets), Customer communication, tailgate meetings, manage all vendors for each assigned project, rental equipment delivery and return, vacation request approval for all assigned tech’s on each project.
• Request all project related vendor re-rent purchase orders through standard PO request protocol.
• Ensure all project consumable/expendable asset quantities remain at safe productive levels during project process duration. Ex. Filters, Chemical(s), Etc.
• Ensures project work site stays safe, clean and organized.
• Works and trains PL’s all mob. Production process and demob processes. Ensures all daily documentation is sent in to Project Administration Manager.
• Ensures all SWT equipment assets in Smartsheets software tracking system is properly identified, allocated, deallocated and followed for chain of custody.
