Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of Industrial Maintenance Technicians.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Create preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with production teams to prioritize maintenance activities and minimize disruptions.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Manage maintenance budgets and expenses effectively.
• Hire, train, and evaluate maintenance staff to maintain a high level of performance.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on equipment upgrades and modifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance management or a related leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software and CMMS systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute maintenance strategies to meet production goals.
